All orders will be shipped within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment excluding the day we received the order, weekends and holidays. If you need the item urgently, please send us an e-mail or leave us a message on our voicemail.
Credit card orders will ship immediately unless item is not in stock. You will be notified via e-mail or by phone of any item not in stock. At that time you will be given an option of a full refund, an approximate re-stock date, or the option to exchange the item for another item. Multiple item orders will be held until complete unless you request that you want it shipped separately. If that is the case, additional shipping and handing charges will then apply.
All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada using Canada Post.
Return/Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date you received your order. We must be notified by phone or email of any returns. All items must be in good, original, unused condition with all tags attached. Sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned sales items cannot be refunded; store credit or exchange only. Sorry ladies, no return or exchange or hair products, lingerie and handbags.
Please ensure that we receive your return within 30 days from the date on your sales receipt. Items received after 30 days but before 60 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee, anything after 60 days will be shipped back to you and the credit card that we have on file will be charged for the return freight. You will be responsible for all shipping fees when returning an item. If you are doing an exchange, you are also responsible for the shipping of the new item back to you. We recommend a shipping method that you can track or insure when returning your item to us. We accept MasterCard and Visa through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. However, you may also call in with your credit card information. We do not share your information with anybody, and we immediately destroy your credit card info once the transaction is finalized. Payment must be received before an order will ship. Any suspicious fraudulent orders may be cancelled at Dollabella’s discretion.
