Return/Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date you received your order. We must be notified by phone or email of any returns. All items must be in good, original, unused condition with all tags attached. Sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned sales items cannot be refunded; store credit or exchange only. Sorry ladies, no return or exchange or hair products or lingerie, or handbags.
Please ensure that we receive your return within 30 days from the date on your sales receipt. Items received after 30 days but before 60 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee, anything after 60 days will be shipped back to you and the credit card that we have on file will be charged for the return freight. You will be responsible for all shipping fees when returning an item. If you are doing an exchange, you are also responsible for the shipping of the new item back to you. We recommend a shipping method that you can track or insure when returning your item to us.
